When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, selected items, quantities, order notes and payment status or transaction references. If you create an account, we keep your account details, a protected password hash and session records.

We keep the information you submit through enquiries, WhatsApp conversations you have with us and product reviews so we can respond and manage the request. This may include questions about temple locations, floral sourcing, bulk quantities or a return. Please avoid sending personal information about other people unless you have permission.

Security records may include one-way digests of an IP address and browser identification to help detect abuse, as well as records of administrative changes. Our service providers may also process technical connection data when operating the website.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Our checkout integration does not store full card numbers, card security codes, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs. We receive payment references, amounts, status and related information needed to verify and reconcile orders. If an offline refund requires bank or UPI details, we request them privately and use them to arrange the refund.

We use information to confirm and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, process payments and refunds, answer enquiries, manage accounts and reviews, prevent fraud and keep necessary business records. We do not sell personal information or use order details for unrelated advertising.

We share relevant information with payment providers, delivery partners, email services, and hosting and database providers to operate the store. Authorised staff access information needed for their work. We may also disclose information where legally required.

Approved reviews display the name, rating and review text you submit. Product source descriptions may identify temples, locations and floral materials; these descriptions should not contain private contact details of donors or temple staff. If you choose WhatsApp, that service also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We retain order, payment and tax records for the periods needed to fulfil orders, handle disputes and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations. Other information is kept only as needed for its purpose. Expired sessions and short-lived security counters are cleaned up through scheduled maintenance. Backups and provider logs may have separate retention cycles.

We use access controls, protected account credentials and secure connections to safeguard information. Keep your password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about its use. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal obligations or unresolved transactions; we will explain any limitation. You may also ask us to remove a review you submitted.
